If you spend at least half of your day in front of a computer,consider taking ginkgo.A recent pilot study of healthy workers 45 years and older finds that those using this herb significantly reduced the numbers of errors they made at work after eight weeks,as compared with the control group.While placebo effect may have been a factor in this open-label research,results are consistent with earlier studies linking ginkgo with improved thinking skills and stress tolerance.
